  • Sodium Chlorite is suspected of causing endocrine-disrupting effects, according to European Commission Annex 13. Includes both Category 1 (evidence for endocrine disruption in living organisms) and Category 2 (evidence of potential to cause endocrine disruption in in vitro studies)
  • Sodium Chlorite is suspected of causing asthma.
