Lakeshore Learning Materials recalls children's toy boxes due to choking hazard

Lakeshore Learning Materials, in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, has recalled their What’s Inside? Soft Toy Boxes because the head of stuffed butterfly can detach from its body and pose a choking risk.  Although no injuries have been reported, 3 customers have called the company to express concern about this defect.

About 4,000 of these toys, made in China, were sold nationwide through Lakeshore Learning Materials stores and Toys To Grow On catalogs from September 2008 through February 2009.
