They work well and quickly - don't buy biore!

I've used the Biore nose strips and Ponds, and Ponds are VASTLY better than Biore's. They adhere less tightly to the skin (Biore feels as though you're ripping your face off), yet somehow the adhesive is far more effective, and they dry more quickly.

If you've never used a nose strip before, you MUST wait until it is all dry, otherwise you're wasting your money. Peel SLOWLY, and look at the results sideways (with the strip on a flat surface, and you at eye-level with it). It's disgusting to see all that's on your nose, yet gratifying. I use these 1-2 times a week, just not the week that I have a facial. I've even turned my fiancee on to them! They're much cheaper on Amazon than at the store - I just received a new 4-pack today.

    Don't be fooled...

I've tried several different brands of pore strips, the best ones being Biore and Clean& Clear. I thought I'd give these a try bc of the low price and the relatively good reviews...well that was a waste of $18. White the strips managed to pull out the tiny peach fuzz on my nose, the black heads stayed in place. I still had some Biore strips, so I put one on after the Ponds strip failed, and the Biore got the black heads out faithfully. Don't waste your money, get the more expensive brands bc they are worth the money.

Destroys the Competition, but a Bit Stickier

The glue used to adhere the strips to your nose is very sticky and therefor difficult to put on. The strips bunch a little and are hard to smooth out, but once dried, they remove wayyyyyyyyyy more dirt and blackheads than the competition and are clearly the better deal. If you don't mind a little more work for a better and cheaper product, then these strips are for you.

    Best pore strips ever!

I was not expecting much from these when I saw the price, but for four dollars....what the heck, I might as well try them. I have dark, rather big pores on my nose, and I've tried everything else to get rid of them. But when I followed the easy directions and peeled off this strip, many of my blackheads disappeared and the others got lighter. I could actually see the bumpy blackhead marks on the strip, which shows that the strips were definitely removing them. Peeling off the strip did not hurt badly; about the same as a small band-aid. I would definitely recommend this product for its quality and cost!

    love them

I've used biore and ponds and prefer ponds 10 x more. In fact it makes me mad that most stores only carry Biore. Biore leaves a thick sticky residue like glue.Very hard to clean off and scrubbing it off makes your already sensitive skin more irritated at that point. I like Ponds because it feels like it doesn't peel your skin off. I also use the other side of the strip after letting it dry so I get 2 uses per strip and I cut pieces to confirm to other parts of my face other than my nose. To make it work better, use a hot cloth on your face to open up the pores. I follow up with a clay mask to get a really clean smooth face. I love it
