Does exactly what it advertises
I only used once a day for four days and it cleared up a case of wax buildup quickly. I've never searched much for a product to do this type of work (well, besides Murine Earigate which is a joke)...but this solution (recommended by my doctor) worked marvelously for me!

Awesome Product
This is an amazing product, if used correctly. I have chronic ear problems so I'm constantly using prescription hydrocodone cream and using q-tips to apply it. This is part of what my doctor has me doing to stop the dermatitis I have around and in my ear. The backlash is, stuff gets stuck in my ear because I use the q-tips even though I'm only going a very little ways into my ear to apply the medication. At least three times a year I'm in the doctor's office trying to get crud out of my ear and it's time costly more than anything.
Enter Debrox to save the day! I add about 5-10 drops in each ear and sit for anywhere between 5-15 minutes with my head tilted (laying on the couch). Do what you feel comfortable with. I keep a cotton swab handy to hold over my ear when I get up and a wash cloth in case of accidents. Then I go to the bathroom to flush.
Here's how I flush (and get results!): First, I get a glass for water - using something small that I can get the washer out of as the washer does no good stuck in a pint glass, I've found. Fill the glass with warm water and get the washer filled up and ready. Now, I like the water a little more warmer than I envision most people do but be careful, too hot or to cold and you'll get dizzy, pass out, and/or damage your ear drum! Try lukewarm water first. Throw a towel over the shoulder with the corresponding ear; remove the cotton swab and tilt to empty the ear. Now, take the ear washer and put it in the ear comfortably and squeeze, with your head still tilted to the side in order to empty out the ear. If your head is tilted the wrong way you may only drive the earwax FURTHER into the ear, forcing a doctor's visit. Remember, ear wax is not soluble in water, we're only using water as the vehicle of irrigation in order to move the wax here. So you want it to come out WITH the water - and it can be messy but you want it out not in so that is not the point. Good luck and hopefully it works as well for you all as it does for me.
PS - Don't wear good clothes while doing this.
