I like the spray bottle, it's easy to use and it works. The smell is great--like pure essential oils. It's not gender-specific or overpowering. It keeps me dry but for some people they may have to reapply it throughout the day. I am a female and an average sweater, so men might have to use more. Overall, I wouldn't switch back to regular deodorant, which irritate the underarm skin and are filled with gross chemicals.
