I have successfully used Neutrogena's sunless tanner before, however I was very disappointed when I tried the instant bronze. First of all, it looks orange, not tan! Second, I would wait around for it to dry like you are supposed to but it would still come off on my clothes. Third, it's supposed to be easier to blend but it certainly is not, and I found that it tends to look far more streaky than the regular old sunless tanner. Don't use this product unless you want to look goofy.
