OK product but it has Fragrance

I have tried everything for my daughter's eczema. This has a nice thick texture without using petroleum which seems to irritate her skin. However, the product has fragrance in it! This surprises me for Burt's Bees because I thought it was supposed to be an all natural brand. Fragrance is completely unnecessary in a baby product and if I new it was in there I would not have bought this. If you don't mind fragrance, this could be a good product for you. This didn't work well for the eczema which is on her face. Like most other products I have tried, it irritates her eyes. It is very difficult to find a cream or ointment that works on the eczema but does not make her rub her eyes (the poor girl.) In summary, it's an okay product for the body if you don't mind the fragrance.

A little goes a long way

My daughter and I have been using this Baby Bee Skin Cream on my granddaughter since she was born. It's useful as a body cream after the baby's bath, on her butt in addition to diaper rash ointments and we also put it on her face and chin, especially during the winter, to keep her skin from drying out in our windy, desert conditions.

Also, the baby is allergic to the tagless printed-on tags on the baby clothing (the tagless printing leaves a redish mark on her upper back so we usually buy clothes with tags and cut the tags off), and using a little of this cream on her upper back helps eliminate the irritation.

It has a very pleasant, soft smell and is readily absorbed into the skin so there's no greasy feel afterwards. A jar hold two ounces which doesn't sound like a lot, but a little goes a long way.

The baby is one year old now, and we're still using it daily and very satisfied with it.

    Great for diaper rash, too!

Both of my children have horrible eczema on their legs and arms, so I am always scared to use any scented products on their sensitive little bodies. Someone mentioned to me once that this skin creme is the best for diaper rash, so I used it and right away fell in love! It definitely has the most pleasing scent of any diaper rash creme on the market AND it clears up their diaper rash within hours! (Be sure to clean the infected area, allow to air dry for as long as possible -- 5 minutes is okay, but 1-2 hours for a really bad rash is best.) One 2-ounce jar has lasted through two children!

    I looove it!!

I have very very very sensitive and dry skin. I get hives from almost anything. This creme is perfect for my skin. Yes its very rich an heavy, but it doesn't make me break out. I use it on my face and my body. Most other "all natural" products have a HORRIBLE smell. This one smells like almonds. And I really love it :)

    Very Impressed

Surprisingly effective. Cleared up my infant's dry face and cradlecap flakes in one to two applications. Bought additional Burt's Bees products for Christmas that I will be trying out soon. Smells nice, but not floral or like baby lotion. Doesn't seem to leave a residue on any clothing it gets on. No adverse reaction over several weeks of use.

Have to apply daily, or dry skin comes back, but my baby is no longer rubbing her head on our clothing to get at the itch. Very please with this product.
