GoodGuide Text Messaging Application
Choosing safe & healthy products is quick and easy with GoodGuide’s Text Messaging Application. Simply send a text message to 41411 following the guidelines below to begin getting the information you need, delivered where and when you need it most. To get started,
- Send a text message to 41411. Every text message must begin with the word "gguide" in the body of the message.
- Then, add whatever it is you are searching for after "gguide". Choose from the following selections:
Standard Text Messaging Rates Apply. Check with Carrier.
Search for a Type of Product
- For example, send "gguide shampoo" to 41411.
- View the top brands in that product category.
- To refine results, reply with "1", "2", or "3" to select a brand name.
Search for a Product by Name
- Send "gguide pantene shampoo" or "gguide burts bees toothpaste" to 41411 .
- To refine results, reply with "p" to view top products, or reply with "r" followed by a specific product name to refine results.
Search by UPC Code
- Send "gguide" followed by a 12 digit UPC code (this is all of the numbers on a barcode, including the small numbers at the start and finish).
- Please note that if we cannot return the exact UPC Code, we will return products manufactured by the company that produces the product.
